Lowell Dauksch

	Lowell 'Apple' Dauksch, 80, Tamaroa, passed away at 1:25 a.m. Sunday, May 16, 2004 at Illinois Veterans Home in Anna.
	Mr. Dauksch was born to Frank and Iva (Caudle) Dauksch on February 22, 1923 in America, Ill. in Pulaski County.  He married Mary Lou Murry on March 23, 1946.
	He was a retired operating engineer for the Local 520 and a member of the Sesser Church of Christ.  He was a veteran of WW II and a member of the VFW and American Legion.
	Surviving are his wife, Mary Lou Dauksch of Tamaroa; sons, Danny Lee Dauksch of Pinckneyville; Lanny Dee Dauksch of West Memphis, Arkansas and Leland Paul Dauksch of Elizabethtown, Tennessee; daughter, Connie Sue Trull of Linden, Tennessee; sisters, Ellen Mull of Edwardsville and Dorothy Harmon of Collinsville; grandchildren, J.B. Trull  and Buck Trull, both of Linden, Tenn., Kirk Dauksch of Henderson, Tenn. and Audree Keele of Antioch, Tenn.; Megan Dauksch and Cody Dauksch, both of West Memphis, Ark. and Leslie K. Dauksch and Kurt Dauksch of Elizabethtown, Tenn.; great-grandchildren, Carson Trull, Gordan Trull, Bryce Trull, Blazz Trull, Lincoln Keele and Briley Trull.
	He was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers.
	Funeral services were Tuesday, May 18 at 10 a.m. with Bob White officiating.  Interment was in Sunset Memorial Park in Du Quoin.
	Friends called Monday, May 17 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Davis Funeral Chapel in Sesser.
	In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Church of Christ in Sesser or Illinois Veterans Home in Anna.
